Event Flow and Energy

• Our event holds a sacred space for healing, strategy, and regeneration in body, mind, and spirit. We facilitate a relaxed, harmonious, yet intentional atmosphere to help you find inspiration, discover the perfect product, or perhaps meet a soulmate, soul tribe member, or your next business partner. We promote respectful, non-competitive, non-pushy, and supportive interactions.
• Vendor Exhibits are Table Tops, 360 Sets, or Custom Exhibits ONLY -Single or Double Sets- No enclosed booths/pipe-drape/structural enclosures. The main exhibit floor sustains an open-floor environment that allows energy flow and encourages dialogue, interaction, and potential deeper human connections.

Admission

• Available Ticket Types: General Admission, Keynote Pass, and Brunch/Luncheon Networker
• Special Event Staples: Keynote Workshop and Networking Brunch Social
• General admission is usually free with online RSVP. If or when general admission is not free, all registered vendors will receive free tickets for their staff, friends, family, and loyal clients as part of their exhibit package.

Attendance

• Event traffic will always depend on event type and location. Our live event is coming back from a 4-year (2019-2022) COVID-induced hiatus. As a responsible and sensitive producer, we do not guarantee attendance numbers.
• We are multi-generational, inclusive, and progressive. We support non-binary representation, and based on collected attendance and exhibitor data our 2018-2019 demographic reflected 73% identified themselves as Female and 27% as Male; Age Groups < 35  19% 36-54  59% and 55+  22%.      
• We respect your privacy and will NEVER share your email information with vendors, sponsors, or any 3rd party. As a participating attendee, you have the option, at your discretion, to share your email or contact info with vendors or experts of your interest for product ordering or appointment follow-ups. We recommend you keep personal info sharing to a minimum.  Use discernment and trust your logic, common sense, and intuition when sharing your contact details with new connections.

• ATTENDING: If or when charging for General Admission, we offer free or discounted tickets for children 12 and under, military, nurses, and law enforcement.
• EXHIBITING: We offer discounted “Early Bird” and Non-Profit rates. We also have a multi-event discount and a loyalty program for active Holistic Globe® members and returning vendors. Promotional offers vary upon event location and may not be combined.

Professional Networking Social (Brunch or Luncheon)

• We welcome conscious consumers and holistic enthusiasts from all walks of life, including philanthropists, creatives, empaths, visionaries, social catalysts, spiritual influencers, green socialites, metaphysical teachers, healers, life coaches, up-and-coming new thought leaders, holistic practitioners, holistic entrepreneurs, health and wellness professionals, and heart-centered business owners.
• Networkers can book a 2-hour networking exhibit table for private mingling and promo material (business cards or brochures) showcasing. No products or sales are allowed. Networkers can always upgrade to a standard vendor table to enjoy all-day full-showcase exposure.

Exhibitor Discount

We offer discounted “Early Bird” and Non-Profit rates. We also have a traveling vendor, multi-event, and loyalty program discounts for active members and returning vendors. Promotional offers vary upon event location and may or may not be combined.
